- Wash with like colours at the recommended temperature (lukewarm to moderately warm, up to 60°C).
- Use a non-biological detergent.
- Do not bleach or boil wash.
- Turn the tunic inside out to prevent fading.
- Tumble dry on a low setting.

Good quality but slightly see-through and tight fitting. Size up one or two for comfort and full range of motion in arms. Unfortunately I couldn't size up to 18 as sizes are unavailable. Would buy again in bigger size.

This is polycotton fabric - a mixture of polyster and cotton so it is breathable but will retain its shape and colour.
